Laresto OÜ, a company established and existing under the laws of Estonia, with the registry code 14908677, located at Filmi 7-34, 10154, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter “Laresto” or “Laresto Team”) provides a service for restaurants and for other entertainment places a solution where clients can send the orders from Resto app to restaurant’s administrator app.
Laresto Website address is www.laresto.com (hereinafter “Website”).
By accessing and using the Resto and RestoBIZ apps, Website or its services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Conditions”), as well as legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
These Conditions may be amended or updated by Laresto team in its sole discretion at any time, by posting the amended Conditions on app and Website. The updated version becomes effective at the time of posting.
Resto and RestoBIZ apps and website can be used only via personal account. In creation of the personal account the following personal information shall be provided: name, email address and phone number.
If the user wants to register his debit/credit card in Laresto apps and website to make instant payment for the orders done via Laresto apps and website, he needs to provide the debit/credit card details.
We may display third-party content, advertisements, links, promotions, logos and other materials on our app and Website (collectively, the “Third-Party Content”) for your convenience only. We do not control or give any warranties of any kind regarding such Third-Party Content, including, without limitation, the accuracy, validity, legality, copyright compliance, or decency of such content. Your use of or interactions with any Third-Party Content, and any third party that provides Third-Party Content, are solely between you and such third parties and we are not responsible or liable in any manner for such use or interactions.
If you post, upload, input, provide or submit your personal data to Laresto, including without limitation, your name, email address, telephone number, IP address, sign up to our mailing list or create an account on our app or Website (collectively, your “User Content”), you must ensure that the User Content provided by you at that or at any other time is true, accurate, up to date and complete.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User Content, account or any other breach of security. Laresto is not liable for any loss or damages that you may incur as a result of someone else using your User Content or account, either with or without your knowledge.
If we have a basis to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security, breach or misuse of our app or Website or if you breach any of your obligations under these Conditions or the Privacy Policy, we may suspend your use of our app and Website at any time and for any reason.
We may gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to Laresto apps and Website which may include the information supplied by you. This information helps us to design and arrange our app and Website in a user-friendly manner and to continually improve our app and Website to better meet the needs of our users. Personal data is processed by us in accordance to our Privacy Policy.
If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content from Laresto apps or Website, it is your responsibility to obtain approval from us for such use. Nothing in these Conditions will be construed as conferring any right or license to any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of Laresto or any third party.
Suspension and termination
Every user has the right to edit or delete his own account.
Laresto has the right to delete any account with immediate effect, if the user (i) has provided morally inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading or inaccurate information, or (ii) is not eligible or authorized to use Laresto apps or Website, or (iii) there is a basis to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security, breach or misuse of Laresto apps or Website.
Upon deletion of the account, Laresto Team may keep personal information provided therein in its database until it is reasonably necessary. For example, to determine fraud by ensuring that a person who tries to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing his/her account and opening a new account.
Miscellaneous
We do not warrant or guarantee that the Laresto apps and Website will be compatible with all or any hardware and software which you may use, available all the time or at any specific time, uninterrupted, secure or error free.
We may, at any time, provide or make available updates or upgrades to the Laresto apps and Website, including without limitation bug fixes, service enhancements, new features or deletion of existing functions. Updates will be governed by these Conditions, unless separate Conditions are provided with such updates, in which case these separate Conditions shall govern the updates.
The users and Laresto aim to solve all disagreements with the negotiations. In the event they are unable to reach a settlement, the dispute, controversy or claim arising from or in connection with using the app and Website shall be settled in the Harju County Court.
These Conditions are governed by Estonian law as a final applicable law.
