Laresto OÜ, a company established and existing under the laws of Estonia, with the registry code 14908677, located at Filmi 7-34, 10154, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter “LARESTO” or “LARESTO Team”) provides a service for restaurants and for other entertainment places a solution where clients can send the orders from Resto app to restaurant’s administrator app.
This Privacy Policy shall be applied to all LARESTO apps users (hereinafter “user”).
LARESTO Website address is www.laresto.com (hereinafter “Website”).
LARESTO Team respects the privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that the user shares in order to use LARESTO apps and any of its features, services, technologies or functionalities. Hereby we will give an overview of the data being collected, the legal basis for the processing of personal data, how we use personal data, third parties involved in the processing procedures, safeguards applied in order to secure collected data.
In using the LARESTO apps, the user is asked to provide his personal information for registration, including but not limited to his name, email address, and telephone number.
In addition, user may provide some information involuntarily such as any information sent to LARESTO by user’s computer, mobile phone or other access device. This information may include IP address, device information, including but not limited to identifier, name and type, operating system, location, mobile network information and standard web log information, such as browser type, traffic to and from Website/App.
LARESTO Team may also collect personal information from or about the user in other ways, such as his interaction with customer support or contractual relationships with LARESTO.
User’s personal information is being processed by the LARESTO Team upon user’s permission, which is granted by accepting LARESTO Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
LARESTO apps can be used only via personal account. In creation of the personal account the following personal information shall be provided: name, email address and phone number.
If the user wants to register his debit/credit card in LARESTO apps to make instant payment for the orders done via LARESTO apps, he needs to provide the debit/credit card details.
Personal information provided during the account creation can be reviewed by logging in. The user can edit his personal information or delete his account by contacting LARESTO support team at support@laresto.com.
Upon deletion of the account, LARESTO Team may keep personal information provided therein in its database until it is reasonably necessary. For example, to determine fraud by ensuring that a person who tries to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing his/her account and opening a new account. However, if the account is being deleted, the personally identifiable information will not be used by LARESTO for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with the third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering and assist law enforcement in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
LARESTO may use small data files (cookies) to recognize user as a returning user, customize its services, content and advertising, evaluate marketing activities, and collect information about computer or other device used for accessing the Website. LARESTO may use various cookies, including but not limited to session cookies, persistent cookies, and “flash cookies.” LARESTO cookies can be blocked and disabled by the user. However, blocking or disabling LARESTO’s cookies may interfere the usage of LARESTO Website. LARESTO is not obligated to place cookies on your computer and may do it at its own discretion.
LARESTO may use the log files to collect Internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze the activity on the Website, collect geographic and demographic information, and evaluate content of the LARESTO Website. Information collected from log files is not personally identifiable. LARESTO is not obligated to use log files and may do it at its own discretion.
LARESTO will store all the personal information collected during the provision of LARESTO services and usage of LARESTO apps by the users, in its secured database. LARESTO may contract third parties to store collected personal information. LARESTO does not sell or rent collected personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without the user’s explicit consent. LARESTO may use collected personal information to customise the use of LARESTO Website and services; analyse the activity on LARESTO’s Website, including through third parties such as Google Analytics and alike; evaluate and improve its marketing efforts and for other reasons relevant to the user’s use of LARESTO’s Website, apps and services.
LARESTO may share user’s personal information with:
- Third parties who provide services to LARESTO
for storing personal information, fraud prevention, marketing and
technology; such third parties are bound by contracts with
confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses and may not use the
personal information for any reason other than specified in this
Privacy Policy.
- Any processor of user’s payment.
- Law
enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when
LARESTO is required to provide user’s personal information by law,
subpoena or court order.
- Other third parties with user’s
consent or direction to do so.
User has the right to request access, erasure and removal of its personal data from LARESTO’s active files in the event the law prescribes such right. User is also entitled to raise concerns about the handling of his personal data to LARESTO or to a Data Protection Supervisory Authority.
LARESTO may amend this policy at any time and in its own discretion by posting an updated version on LARESTO Website. The updated version becomes effective at the time of posting. It is your responsibility to check updates regularly.
